B/P Services Group, Inc works with many insurance carriers such as Allstate, State Farm, Citizens, Travelers of Florida and FIGA to name a few. We work off of the same database as the insurance companies so we can submit a fair priced estimate as the insurance carriers. Sometimes, we see that the carrier may miss or under-estimate or may not estimate an item correctly or something gets overlooked. Most of the time we have the experience to overcome some of these obstacles. When we cannot do so, we have a public adjuster firm we work with to handle these situations for us. They go after every dollar which is owed to them and usually get paid only when they recover monies for the homeowner.
If you have an insurance claim, it is not a free-for-all and charge whatever you like because the insurance is paying deal.
