Many people have different opinions on mold. Some people regard it as the "new asbestos", while others may dismiss it as a minor detail and have no bearing on the situation. The truth is, everyone reacts differently to the many species of mold that are in existance. Some families can react with respiratory diffuclties while others have no reaction at all to the mold spores. It all has to do with the species existing and the amount of mold species which can determine the reaction.
B/P Services Group, Inc is a Certified Mold Remediation Contractor. We take every precaution in dealing with mold spores even if the dwellers have no reaction. We take the necessary precautions with protecting the adjacent areas while isolating the problem areas. We use specialized equipment to tackle the mold head-on and take the necessary steps to ensure all of the spores are removed. We recommend to have a third party come in after the remediation work is completed in order to issue a clearance test to continue the build-back. This gives an added sense of security knowing that the spores are at a safe level.
We handle all of the remediation work as well as the build-back. This way, the homeowner needs to deal with one company they are comfortable instead of two or more. We will aid the homeowner in dealing with the insurance companies if the need arises.
